The staff is friendly and helpful, but the kitchen doesn't seem on it.My wife ordered poached hard, they came back soft. I ordered a denver omelette with cheddar, I got scrambled molded into the shape of an omelette with cheddar melted on top...Took some prodding to get the check so we could leave.

Came From Los Angeles With My Beautiful Woman, we wanted to eat Breakfast, we found this place. The Service Was Excellent, we sat down and were asked what we would like to Drink we Both said we want Coffee and water and they brought it to us Fast. The Food was Excellent. We Highly Recommend This Place, Homestyle Cooking, Great Breakfast The Obrien Potatoes were very Good.

Good food. Not huge portions, but fair portions at reasonable prices. Good friendly service

Club sandwich. If you are in the mood for roast beef get it but I did turkey. Fries are hot.

This was a treat. It is a diner. Its clean. The service is good. All the patrons are locals Here's the suprise. The food is very good. Good presentation. And generous portions. We split the vegetarian omlete with hash browns and that was perfect.

The lemon ricotta pancakes were creamy smooth and delicious. I can't wait to go back and have them again!

Love this home town cafe. I am new to this town and have eaten here 3-4 times now. Always fast service good comfort foods and friendly waitresses.

A great diner of the Greek variety. All the food I've had has been very good, except for the biscuits and gravy where the gravy was just pasty and tasteless though the biscuits were excellent. I usually get a cheeseburger. They're large and cooked to the doneness I ask for (medium rare). Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Bathrooms are clean. There's a warm feeling to the place. It's become a regular for me.

Coming From Los Angeles to visit family we came here for the first time. Wait time was decent. We were a large party so we had to wait to be seated. Once seated, our orders were taken quick and fast. I must say that despite the welcoming host, the service felt rushed and there is one lady who was very stern about the way she wanted to take our order.One thing I will mention, I have never been stared at by so many people. I feel like a movie star... My food was delicious and we were checked in to refresh our drinks. As for the prices, all I can say it’s California every thing is expensive. 4 stars over all for food and service.

Awesome little cafe, food is always great. Don't forget to grab a delicious pastry on your way out. Another Fallbrook gem!

Very nice, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere

Food was good. Service was fast, and waitress was attentive. The girlfriend ordered sunny side up eggs & i ordered a Cheese&Mushroom chicken sandwich. When the food arrived the food looked great, except for one of her sunny side up eggs. I stared at it with disappointment but before my girlfriend had a chance to take a bite the chef had sent out two better eggs. Very pleasant of him to fix the mistake fast & without us asking. My sandwich and portion size were good. Waitress set the check down before we finished our food. Thought it was a slight bit rude but I can't complain since she was a good&friendly. I'd rather have the check there ready anyways. So I'd like to think of it as smart thinking to simply have the check there for when ever I was ready to go. Idk but I don't mind it and liked the place

Incredibly delicious food! The potatoes O'Brien are probably the best I've ever had & all of our meals were terrific. Fallbrook Cafe cooks are skilled and the over medium eggs were perfect. We HIGHLY recommend this establishment.
